Ha. you probably thought that i was announcing something hu? not even close. i found this on a friends blog, and thought i would go back and remember some of the things about my pregnancies..




1. Where were you when you first found out you were Pregnant?

I was in the bathroom with both.

2. Who was with you?

just me and Mr. EPT

3. How did you find out you were pregnant?

well i was late with cooper, and so for fun i decided to take a test....surprise surprise.

with julie we were trying, so i was hoping.

4. What was your first reaction to finding out you were pregnant?

Yea!!

5. Who was the first person you told?

Mike both times

6. Did you plan to get pregnant?

Cooper was a total surprise, and julie was planned

7. Was everybody happy for you?

of course!!

8. Did you go out to celebrate?

Nope

9. Did you want to find out the gender?

Oh yes i couldnt not find out. it would drive me crazy

10. Did anyone throw you a baby shower?
With cooper i had 2 one on each side. with julie no

11. Did you get any outfits at the shower that you just knew you weren't going to put on your baby?
No i loved everything i got.

12. How much weight did you gain?
Cooper i gained like almost 50lbs...yikes
Julie i gained 25lbs

13. Did you loose all of the weight that you gained?
not with cooper, but i did with julie.

14. Did you get alot of stretch marks?
i got all my stretch marks with cooper, i was huge. but not with julie.

15. What did you crave the most?
Cooper- twinkies mostly. fry sauce, and at the end i craved ice cream
Julie- just sherbet ice cream-yummy!

16. Did you crave anything crazy?
not really, unless you call fry sauce crazy

17. Who/what got on your nerves the most?
nothing got on my nerves. i am an easy going person.

18. Did you have any complications during your pregnancy?
Nope went smooth

19. Where were you when you went into labor?
at Mountain view hospital with cooper
and logan regional with julie.
both scheduled.

20. Did your water break?
well i got started with cooper so they broke it there
and i had a scheduled c-section with julie

21. Who drove you to the hospital?
Mike

22. Did you go early or late?
Cooper was 1 week early.
and Julie was a week and a half early

23. Who was in the room when you delivered?
Mike, drs, nurses, anesthesiologist ( or however you spell that) my mom was watching thru the window with cooper

24. Was it video taped?
Nope. i did want it with julie though- c-section, i thought it would be cool

25. Did you have any drugs for the pain?
Oh ya. i have a low tolorance for pain, and c-sections, i sure hope so..

26. Did you go natural or have a c-section?
both c-sections, cooper i was in labor for 22 hours, then a c-section
julie i has her in about 5 min, c-section

27. What was your 1st reaction after giving birth?
cooper- i wanted to know if he had hair.
Julie- i wanted to know if she actually came out a girl :)

28. How big was the baby?
cooper- 8.10
julie- 5.14

29. What did you name the baby?
Cooper Michael Wilson
Julie Ilene wilson

30. Did the baby have any complications?
cooper couldnt handle the contaractions, so they had to give me a shot to stop them, but other than that it went smooth, and julie had no complications

31. How old is your baby today?
cooper is 3
julie is 14.5 months

32. When is the next one coming?
Hopefully soon, next year maybe.

33. If you could, would you do it over again?
oh yes, i love being pregnant.

Quite a day!!

We have had quite the day today......

well mike woke up this morning at about 6:30. did his usual morning stuff. well then he had a major side ache.. he couldnt sit, stand, lay down, or anything. so about 7:45 he says we need to go to the ER. im thinking, "this is bad, he doesnt go to the Er unless he is hurting bad" so i called his sister and she came out and watched the kids, while we went to the ER.

well they did tests and catscans, and come to find out... Mike has......Kidney stones. YUCK!!!!!

well the dr said he had 1, thats all 1 i had "rock beds" which nothing came out for me.

so we stayed there, they said its right next to the bladder so hopefully it just drops in. as soon as they drop, the pain goes away. well it was about 12:00 and he was having absolutley no pain. so we got the dr and asked if we could go home. so about an hour later. we got home.

well at about 4 he passed that little thing. and i mean small. it was the size of a little mustard seed.

never realized that something so small, could cause so much pain. but he is okay now and it was only one. boy am i glad that is over.

Happy Birthday Kortney!

Well, its here again. today is my birthday. i am now a quarter of a century old.
i didnt do anything special for my b-day... mike has to work so we are celebrating on sunday. i did however, make me my favorite dessert....strawberry cheesecake. that i made from scratch...no store bought crap..
i came into the world at 2:32am. weighing 6lb. 11oz. 19.5" i was also a week late. i was supposed to be born on august 1st. my dad even took the week off, to be there for my mom. well i didnt come. so on the 5th he went back to work. and i came. ha ha sorry dad.

3 Years Old

I know this is a late post.

Cooper turned 3 on July 15th. we didnt do anything he got some clothes from mom and dad. and a fishing pole which he just loves. we celebrated more on friday, it was his cousin brooklyns birthday. so we just combined the too.





Here is his story.
we went in at 9am on the 14th. where i got induced. my dr. said that he would be back at 10 to break my water, and it would go fast. but cooper had his own plan. well my dr did come back at 10 but i wasnt making progress. so i was put on pit and told to wait. Oh i waited, and waited, and waited. the dr finally came back at 11pm and broke my water. then i got my epidural i didnt care what happened after that. well at about 2am they had to give me a shot to stop the contractions, cause he couldnt handle them. well at about 7am on the 15th they woke me up and were going to send me home. cause i was there 22 hours and i was almost dialated to a 4. i told them i was not going home, and to do a c-section. well cooper graced us with his presence at 7:52am. he was 8lbs. 10oz. 20.5" . he didnt cry when he came out. they tickled his feet, finally letting out a coo. and mike said that when he came out he was flipping the world off.

Funny Bug

Cooper is into saying "cheers" when he has a drink. well on sunday we were in sacrament and he was taking a cup of water, and all of a sudden he yells "cheers!" mike looked up at the deacon, and he was laughing. I looked back at grandma and she was laughing. I was so embararassed. but boy do i love him!

Camping in Nephi

well last weekend we got to head down to juab county and go camping with my family. we had alot of fun. it was nice to get away from home. we did lots of fun things.
Aunt Karen did our nail and toes. we made church bags. cooper made a "lightening mcqueen" one. we also made hair things. cant wait till next year.






Julie absolutely loves whitney. she loves the babies. and whitney just sits there and lets her maul her.



hayden was a big help with my kids and they love to play and tackle him.

I'm Still here!

I want to apologize, we are still alive... we just have a virus on the computer. so i have not had internet for a while now and its killing me, so when i get a chance i will update...alot.

a couple of things we have been up to....

* Julie is getting really close to walking. shes getting very brave at walking with just one of my hands...

* Cooper went potty in the toilet. YEA!!
